Quality Assurance Administrator, Global Payments & Liquidity

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrators to be part of Global Payment & Liquidity Operations. This job is responsible for reviewing actions, transactions, documentation, processes and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.


In this role, you will:

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound or outbound customer calls
  • Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
  • Oversee a group of service monitors
  • Provide information and assists in the feedback and formal education process of other staff
  • Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs
  • Act as a subject matter expertise
  • Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Quality Assurance support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Must have completed at least (2) years of college education, no back subjects in the 1st and 2nd year, required
  • Must have at least over (1) year of QA professional experience in a Shared Service or BPO work environment, required
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and listening in English
  • Excellent English communications skills, verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Process oriented
  • Analytical and resolution mindset
  • Exposure to financial services or banking is ideal
  • Quality monitoring background or experience in quality assurance
  • Front-Office and Back-office support background is an advantage

Job Expectations:

  • The work will focus on reviewing front-office and back-office transactions, monitoring calls and emails
  • The role requires to work onsite, 5/NEO, BGC, Taguig City
  • TEMPORARY hybrid work set-up, 3x onsite and 2x WFH
  • The role requires to work on mid-shift, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday - Friday, weekends off
