Are you someone who can:

  • Conduct detailed analysis and mapping of current-state business processes across various departments to identify pain points and bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders and end-users to accurately gather process steps, data requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Develop clear process models and diagrams (future-state designs) that optimize efficiency, simplify workflows, and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Translate defined new processes and business requirements into comprehensive documentation for system changes.
  • Actively seek out opportunities for continuous improvement by analysing process performance data and suggesting targeted simplification efforts.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to implemented process changes, reporting results and findings to the leadership team.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation ensuring rigorous compliance with internal control policies and regulatory requirements.

 You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • If you are an Author and can Mapp processes.
  • 1 -2 years of experience in a dedicated Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or Process Improvement role.
