Quality Analyst Engineer ( Bangalore/Chennai/ Pune)

What you will be doing
Drives the direction of quality assurance practices within the organization by progressing excellence in software quality.
Establishes and leads a Quality Assurance governance framework, ensuring consistency in processes and standards across various teams and locations.
Drives the adoption of innovative testing methodologies, ensuring they are tailored to the unique challenges of fintech solutions.
What you bring:
- 8+ years of quality engineering analyst, including 5+ years in a QA lead role overseeing multiple products or a regional portfolio
- strong experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and establishing quality gates with clear, actionable results
- proven ability to define and execute end-to-end QA strategy across functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for complex, distributed systems
- strong experience balancing maintenance, defect reduction, security/vulnerability work, upgrades, and delivery commitments across multiple teams
- expertise establishing consistent QA processes, governance, and ways-of-working across distributed teams and vendors
- hands-on experience with test management and execution practices: test planning, risk-based coverage, defect triage, and release readiness reporting
- working knowledge of test data and environment management to enable repeatable, reliable test execution across environments
- experience improving stability and reliability through better test practices, fast feedback loops, and measurable quality metrics
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to partner with product and engineering leadership and drive alignment
- strong people leadership and coaching skills; ability to raise quality standards, mentor leads/engineers, and build a high-performing QA culture
- Optional: exposure to digital banking or payments products and industry messaging standards such as SWIFT is a plus"
