What you will do
Collect, consolidate, and maintain quality data from multiple QMS systems (e.g., deviations, CAPA, training, DMS), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Develop and deliver KPI/KQI reports for global and site stakeholders, ensuring timely and meaningful performance insights.
Analyse quality data to identify trends, patterns, and emerging risks, supporting proactive decision-making.
Design and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to present data in a clear, user-friendly format.
Provide actionable insights and highlight areas requiring attention, escalation, or improvement.
Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, support ad hoc analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in data analytics, reporting, or quality systems within a regulated industry is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) processes such as deviations, CAPA, and training systems is preferred.
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and validation skills.
Effective communication skills with business fluency in English.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
