An opportunity for QCM - Serial Quality Operational Support has arisen within Airbus Operations in Illescas (Toledo).
Description
You will have to solve urgent quality incidents in the line as well as participate in the Problem Solving team (Practical Problem Solving) for more complex ones.
The candidate will be in charge of the Quality relationship with the customer. For that activity you will lead the multifunctional team that manages the Quality complaints
You will be in charge of setting the quality requirements for our products and ensure that those reqs are transferred into the inspection dossier. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring that the staff holds the required Quality Authorizations to perform their tasks.
Provide sound compliance advice, direction and support to the organization.
Be ready to lead innovation projects within the perimeter and for the whole plant to improve performance and digitalize processes
Lead and apply defined Quality Standards for the industry and take them to excellence
Integrate into the Component Delivery Team to provide required Quality Support to achieve common goals
Be the coach of the team into Aviation Safety and Quality topics.
Perform required tasks into Quality Objects and processes such as Quality Escapes, Audits, Manufacturing non conformance
Skills:
Engineering Degree
1 to 3 years of work experience
Fluent in written and oral English. Any other language will be appreciated
Leadership and communication skills are required. Likewise, knowledge of project management will be valued
Skilled interpersonally; strong communication, persuasion and conflict management skills.
Decision-making oriented to solve complex problems
Demonstrated successful multifunctional collaboration in a team setting.
Remarkable skills to create technical documentation, correspondence, procedures and workflows.
Hands-on professional with the ability to continuously develop new skills.
