Maintain and monitoring the workshop operation at selected unit transport in order to achieve targeted truck fleet available requirement for estate, mill and bulking requirement.

Ensure each stage of the QA/QC process complies with established standards and conduct periodic reviews to maintain consistency.
Initiate, develop, and update QA/QC procedures to adapt to technological advancements and industry requirements.
Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate compliance and the effectiveness of procedures.
Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system improvement.
Design periodic training programs to enhance team awareness and skills related to quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions that improve quality and efficiency.
Job requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of RCA, CAPA, GMP, GWP, and quality management systems.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within Manufacturing, Fabrication, or Services, with a proven track record in system improvement initiatives.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong data analysis skills and effective communication abilities to motivate the team.
- Willing to be assigned to any company work location.
