In this role, you’ll lead a team of QA/System Testers, setting the vision for what “good testing” looks like and driving best practices across the business. You’ll define test strategies, frameworks, and plans, collaborate with product and technology teams, and ensure robust, scalable solutions are delivered. Acting as the advocate for quality, you’ll mature our testing capability, introduce automation where it adds value, and oversee system and security testing reviews. You’ll also present clear, actionable test results to stakeholders and shape the approach for upcoming projects - all while balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight.
