Team RDM (Reference Data Management) is looking for a driven QA Engineer in Czechia to support us with test automation, the implementation of various testing methodologies, and continuous improvements across the department.
Your impact at NN
Having correct and up to date reference data is a key component of the reporting needs and obligations at NN. Your task will be to contribute in the testing cycles across all initiatives included in the RDM roadmaps. You will strengthen the testing framework internally while coordinating with different teams to ensure alignment.
Your responsibilities
Design and execute tests to mitigate risk.
Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects.
Automate testing processes and maintain test documentation.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial transactions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
A completed Bachelor´s degree.
Proven experience with QA methodologies is essential, experience with reference data management principles is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with test automation tools and scripting.
Understanding of financial processes, metadata management, data modelling, and related tools.
Experience working in a Microsoft Azure Data Platform environment.
Ability to work in Agile environments and communicate effectively in English, with both, technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.

The second round typically involves key stakeholders, often colleagues from our headquarters in the Netherlands.
