Python Developer - AI

You will join a team focused on building automation and research-enablement tools that integrate AI/ML capabilities into QRT’s broader technology ecosystem. The team collaborates closely with Data Scientists, Infrastructure Engineers, and Application Developers to embed LLMs and machine learning models into both user-facing products and backend systems.

 

Your future role within QRT

• Design, build, and maintain automation solutions powered by AI/ML technologies
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Infrastructure teams to integrate LLMs and ML models into production systems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support robust, testable, and repeatable deployments
• Build scalable APIs and data processing pipelines for model inference and real-time analytics
• Stay current with advances in AI/ML and apply them pragmatically to business and research workflows

 

Your present skillset

• 1–2 years of professional software development experience with proficiency in Python
• Strong understanding of core Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, complexity, OOP, concurrency)
• Familiarity with AI/ML/LLM concepts and ability to work with Data Science teams
• Experience building automation tools and services, including those powered by AI
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with AWS is desirable
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
