Join BMI Group and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our competence center, shaping the future with a diverse team in Vilnius!

Are you ready to lead a global operation that is the heartbeat of our financial efficiency? We are looking for a high-impact P2P Manager to provide strategic oversight and performance management for our end-to-end Purchase to Pay services.

This is a high-visibility role that requires a balance of operational grit and executive presence. You will be the bridge between our global goals and our our delivery partners in Columbo.

The Mission

Your mandate is to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. While you aren't building the processes from scratch, you are the driving force directing our teams and partners to deliver on the standardization, automation, and continuous improvement agenda. You will own the performance results, regardless of where the work happens.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Service Excellence: Direct end-to-end P2P performance and provide data-driven insights to customers.

  • Strategic Direction: Partner with GPO Leads to implement process standardization and automation initiatives.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the P2P OPEX budget and drive cost efficiencies.

  • Governance & Influence: Lead regular internal governance forums and act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.

  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and data governance.

The Reality of the Role

This is a high-impact role requiring the management of complex, multi-site operations within a dynamic and demanding environment.

  • Virtual Leadership: Most of your "Executive Presence" will be built over Google Meet, requiring the ability to challenge Finance Directors and influence senior leaders effectively through a screen.

  • High Stakes: You must be comfortable distilling complex P2P metrics into high-level business impacts for senior stakeholders.

  • Annual Connectivity: While the role is digitally led, you will participate in key face-to-face sessions throughout the year to strengthen global relationships.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA or professional certifications (CPA, CIMA, ACCA) are highly regarded.

  • 7–10 years of progressive P2P experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role managing global/multi-site operations or Shared Service Centers.

  • Proven success managing outsourced relationships (e.g., WNS) and overseeing significant OPEX budgets.

  • Deep end-to-end knowledge of requisitioning, purchasing, and disbursements, underpinned by a strong grasp of financial controls and data governance.

  • Proficiency in ERPs and P2P technologies (SAP, Coupa, Oracle); a track record of driving process standardization and automation initiatives.

  • Expert ability to define and monitor KPIs/SLAs to drive operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

  • Ability to influence and challenge senior Finance leaders, distilling complex metrics into clear business insights.

  • Skilled in leading teams through system implementations, process improvements, and organizational shifts.

  • A proactive problem-solver who balances high-level strategic thinking with a hands-on operational focus.

  • A high ethical standard with a focus on ownership and professional confidentiality.

  • A solution-oriented communicator who can navigate cross-functional stakeholder relationships (IT, Procurement, Finance) with ease.
