We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and collaborative leader to build and execute a marketing plan that directly fuels pipeline growth, boosts brand awareness, and maximizes partner engagement for our First Alert business.

You will set and execute the field and partner marketing strategy, aligning it perfectly with our GTM priorities and leveraging our Partner ecosystem to generate demand.

The opportunity

  • Building and executing a field and channel marketing plan aligned to the overall Public Sector business GTM goals by collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all activities and communications.

  • Planning, coordinating, and executing local industry conferences, regional user groups, field and channel driven activities within the Public Sector business with a strong ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with both partners and customers.

  • Develop partner marketing strategies and scale programs to meet business goals, with a focus on partner-sourced pipeline and driving new business through partners.

  • Manage field marketing budget and market development funds (MDF) appropriately along with the process including proposal management, review, acceptance/rejection and proof of performance.

  • Demonstrating an analytical, data-driven, and creative approach to brand awareness and pipeline driven activities, analyzing event performance, and providing event success reports.

  • Partnering closely with regional sales and partner teams to support market expansion and goals.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop event promotion strategies, including email campaigns, social media, joint partner activities and lead follow up engagements post-event lead.

  • Developing and managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

  • Work in collaboration with Dataminr's partnership sales teams to create co-branded marketing campaigns that increase channel visibility, lead generation, and revenue. Building and executing a comprehensive field and channel marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align with Public Sector's GTM goals and ensure consistent messaging.

What you bring

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in regional growth marketing, including planning and executing events such as local user groups, tradeshows, forums, speaking engagements, and executive experiences.

  • Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with global teams.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, handling multiple events simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in managing event budgets, sponsorships, and cost optimization strategies.

  • Demonstrable experience developing data-driven event strategies with clear measurement goals and metrics that align with business objectives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $180,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
