You will help deliver high-quality customer support, accurate people data and smooth People Services operations for GSK in Poland, supporting the Belgium market. You will process employee lifecycle transactions, resolve queries, and work with local and global teams. We value attention to detail, practical problem solving, and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries coming from managers and employees via calls, chats and cases (ServiceNow) to provide end-to-end navigation support: identify customer needs, clarify issues, give timely updates and provide final solutions regarding the whole employee lifecycle.

  • Provide HR administrative services, including preparation of HR documents subject to all legal rules and collective agreements in Belgium.

  • Support payroll inputs and approvals to ensure timely and correct pay processing.

  • Identify and suggest process improvements and maintain knowledge articles and documentation.

  • Work in a highly data-sensitive environment, responsible for protecting data privacy at all times and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies.

  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and high customer satisfaction.

     

Basic Qualifications:

  • Good written and spoken French and English.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, people services, shared services, or transactional HR support.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team.

  • Team spirit, reliability, commitment, and flexibility.

  • Accountability, ownership, and very good organizational skills.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical experience with HR systems (ServiceNow and Workday experience preferred).

  • Comfortable using Excel and reporting tools for reconciliations and dashboards.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with experience proposing or implementing process changes.

  • Knowledge of Belgian HR-related labor law/collective agreements is a big asset.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 84,000 to PLN 140,000 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
