Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Project Manager, Proxy Design to lead the end-to-end execution of proxy statement design and production projects within a fast-paced financial print environment. This role partners closely with Design, Composition, Account Management, Sales and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality proxy materials on time, on budget, and in accordance with regulatory and brand requirements.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with a solid understanding of proxy statements, SEC requirements, and the operational demands of peak proxy season.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Manage the full lifecycle of proxy design projects from kickoff through final production and delivery
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers aligned with filing deadlines and annual meeting dates
Proactively identify risks, capacity constraints, and timeline impacts; implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate cross-functional teams
Client and Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned projects
Partner with Account Managers to support client expectations, scope alignment, and change management
Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and production reviews
Communicate timelines, dependencies, and risks clearly to internal teams and client-facing stakeholders
Design and Production Oversight
Ensure proxy materials meet brand standards, design specifications, and accessibility requirements
Oversee multiple proof cycles and manage version control across complex documents
Partner with Regulatory and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to SEC and other applicable requirements
Manage print specifications, production schedules, and mailing coordination where applicable
Operational Excellence
Monitor project budgets and scope to support profitability and resource optimization
Track key performance indicators including on-time delivery, error rates, and client satisfaction
Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline proxy season workflows
Contribute to best-practice documentation and standardized processes for the Design team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
3–8 years of project management experience in financial services, financial print, agency, or regulated document production environments
Direct experience with proxy statements, annual reports, or SEC filings is a plus
Strong understanding of proxy statement structure and regulatory timelines
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent, high-priority projects
Proven ability to operate effectively under tight deadlines and peak seasonal volume
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $80,000.
Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
