What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark:
Monitor and review all pending product activations at the start and end of each shift to ensure timely processing.
Verify that all pending products are activated or processed within 24 hours of the order.
Provide timely and professional customer updates via phone and email, setting clear expectations regarding product activation timelines.
Follow up with unresponsive customers to obtain necessary information for activation.
Maintain accurate documentation of product activation errors and resolutions.
Ensure that all tickets are responded to or updated within the designated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Respond promptly to queries from the operations team, facilitating smooth workflow and coordination.
Proactively escalate issues and request activation for complex products, such as VPS and related add-ons.
Coordinate with SSL providers for issuance and verification of SSL certificates, assisting customers as needed.
Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to meet operational needs.
Conduct all work in alignment with the company’s core values, policies, and ethical standards.
Perform additional duties assigned by management to support operational efficiency and business objectives.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Graduate or Undergraduate of any IT-related Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Or with BPO/IT experience of at least 6 months to 1 year.
Must have average communication skills, both verbal and written.
