Key Responsibilities:
Assist Service Providers in onboarding new drivers, ensuring that all necessary documentation and training are completed.
Support Service Provider ride fulfillment process to ensure that information is accurate and up to date. Including driver assignments, student accommodations, driver details, etc.
Monitor required internal communication channels to facilitate Service Provider communication.
Collaborate with the Provider Success Lead and other team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
Provide regular updates to the Provider Success Lead on the status of assigned providers (ex. onboarding, ride updates and assignments, & specific needs)
Assist in training/re-training employees as needed.
Other duties as assigned by the Provider Success Team Manager
Essential Skills Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both team members and Service Providers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite, particularly Excel or Sheets.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and an advocate for ADROIT culture.
Softskills Competencies:
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
