What this opportunity involves:

The Senior Property Manager’s role is to provide all necessary property management services for a reputable investment fund. You will work within a team that exclusively manages all aspects of the buildings operations and day to day management.

A snapshot of the role:

  • Manage allocated properties and maintain accurate administration
  • Ensure safe, efficient working environments and WHS compliance
  • Implement and maintain JLL processes across team and Head Office
  • Ensure income meets budget expectations, manage arrears and capex budgets
  • Develop leasing strategies and maintain positive tenant relationships
  • Prepare monthly re-forecasting, variance reports, and recommendations
  • Maintain property standards through inspections and action plans
  • Support risk programs and provide timely internal reporting
  • Liaise with legal providers and manage lease documentation
  • Maintain 24/7 availability with Operations Manager

Before you apply it’s worth knowing what we are looking for:

  • Highly organized with a methodical approach to work, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis, but you will report to the Director.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of the property management database system MRI and experience in MRI Budget & Forecast is desirable.
  • A working knowledge of trust accounting policies and procedures is desirable.

Have a minimum of 3 years property management experience, preferably in commercial.
