We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Property Management Executive to support the day-to-day operations of a commercial building (office / residential environment).Job Description
About the Role:
Support the Property Management team in daily building operations, including tenant coordination, administrative support, and facilities management.
Assist in monitoring building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems) and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers (cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare operational reports, maintenance logs, and assist with documentation, billing, and vendor tracking.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure building condition, safety compliance, and service standards are maintained.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Property Management, or a related field.
Open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in property, facilities, or building operations.
Strong interest in building operations, facilities management, and tenant services.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment.
Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset, with the ability to work with tenants and vendors.
