Job Purpose:
You will join a project team based in Pakistan to support operational and administrative activities across cross-functional streams. You will help plan, track and report project tasks, and work closely with colleagues in operations, quality, procurement and external partners. Responsibilities
- Support project planning and scheduling, tracking milestones and updating project documents.
- Prepare clear status reports, presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely progress.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to collect information and resolve routine issues.
- Assist with data collection, basic analysis and documentation to support decision making.
- Help maintain compliance records and support quality checks under team guidance.
Education, Experience and Skill
- Pharm – D is required for this role.
- Fresh –6 Months of experience would be a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a team and following processes to meet deadlines.
- Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools (for example MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
- Basic data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools or Power BI.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or working with external suppliers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Willingness to learn about quality systems and regulatory requirements.
