Responsibilities
- Support quality oversight activities, including in-process checks during production operations and sample collection.
- Assist in the execution of validation protocols and site validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures during manufacturing, filling, and packing processes.
- Help compile and review batch documents to support product release and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with teams to investigate deviations and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain and organize compliance-related documents and retained samples as per GSK’s record retention policies.
Qualification, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or Science Graduate is preferred for this role .
- 0–1 year of experience in a relevant role or industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a quality assurance or related role.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
- Interest in continuous learning and professional development.
