Project Trainee Data Integrity

Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Full time

Job Purpose

You will support the Data Integrity team to ensure accurate, reliable and compliant data across manufacturing and quality systems. You will work closely with quality, production and MSAT teams to perform Data Process Maps and Data Vulnerability Assessments of the Manufacturing, Packaging and QC Testing Processes. Responsibilities
- Support in performing the data process maps and data vulnerability assessments of Manufacturing, Packaging and QC Testing Processes.
- Participate in validation activities and support implementation of data integrity improvements.
- Record data vulnerabilities identified in data process maps clearly and escalate risks to the line manager or data integrity lead.
- Work with colleagues to close corrective and preventive actions and verify effectiveness to mitigate the identified vulnerabilities during data process maps.
- Support training activities to promote consistent data integrity and quality behaviors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement ideas for safer, leaner and more reliable processes.

Experience, Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharm-D, Chemistry, Life Sciences or similar field.
- 0–1 year relevant experience; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
- Good understanding of good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures consistently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Demonstrated continuous learning mindset and willingness to take on new responsibilities.
