Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Superintendent - Electrical to join our team! In this role you will get to contribute to the construction of a mission-critical facility for the US Navy.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all day-to-day electrical construction operations
• Supervising in-house electrical tradesmen and subcontractors
• Enforcing vigorous safety and quality control measures
• Maintaining the project schedule
• Planning the procurement and delivery of equipment and materials
• Providing leadership and mentoring

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of electrical construction practices
• Proven experience in successfully leading construction crews
• Proficiency with MS Office and other common software applications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Successful planning, scheduling, and look-ahead experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Hands-on experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction trades
• Past experience as a Project Superintendent
• MS Project or Primavera scheduling experience

Salary Range: $52.26 - $91.44
