Job Description:
- Follow the approved quality management plan to monitor the project execution of NSCR project
- Ensure the definition, planning and implementation of all the approved quality assurance activities (e.g. quality audits, quality documentation, …) required for Tenders, Projects, Plants, Suppliers and Legal Entities
- Ensure the QA workload and staffing in alignment with the budget objectives
- Ensure the collection from all relevant quality units and the consolidation of quality assurance data relevant to the company processes in order to perform data analysis and report issuing
- Ensure the monitoring and reporting of vendor rating and suppliers KPIs In order to guarantee the compliance of the suppliers with the expected levels of performance
- Ensure the identification of any supplier and vendor issues/ problems and the sharing of these issues/ problems with all relevant Company units
- Ensure the implementation of all quality assurance activities required to solve any supplier/ vendor issues/ problems
- Ensure the definition, planning and implementation of all Company activities required for the achievement of the STS quality certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, IRIS, CMMI, …)
- Ensure the implementation of all Company activities required by the STS Customer Satisfaction process
- Ensure, for quality audits, the preparation of a yearly program and the activities implementation in accordance with the program schedule and defined
methodology
