This role requires attention to detail in the following areas:
1. Perform demand risk assessments, create correct demand signals and maintain sanity of demand signals.
2. Keep a track of all forecast in a POR format and maintain demand change versioning
3. Track machine fulfillment and supply
4. Conduct triaging of GCP capacity quota increase requests to enable all customers to scale their GCP workloads
5 Resolve outstanding quota/capacity requests, with support from partner teams as needed, in alignment with Service Level Objectives (SLOs)
6. Process new requests for no capacity plan exceptions and ensure exception reporting accuracy
7. Prepare weekly performance metrics for review
8. Perform demand and supply gap analysis, report rolling supply plan against demand plan
9. Support customer quota requests across key events including Black-Friday Cyber Monday, new product launches and other large customer events
10. Handle ad-hoc tasks, where applicable, for operational throughput and towards the overall program & service offerings
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
Project/Program Management Experience of at least 2 - 5 Years.
Knowledge and/or experience working with Cloud Computing Technologies (i.e. certifications, internships, coursework, etc.).
Basic Cloud Foundations including networking, logging and monitoring, security, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation).
Demonstrated troubleshooting, follow-through and problem solving skills, along with resourcefulness and effective communication skills.
Builds productive internal and external working relationships.
Experience working in a global environment and with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines.
Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
Self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance.
Experience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation.
Strong observational and analytical skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working within the Cloud Capacity Planning / Customer Demand Planning Domain.
Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
Cloud Certification.
