Working at our office in Søborg, you will join a team of eight skilled procurement professionals who take pride in driving projects from start to finish. Here, we enjoy working hands-on in a collaborative culture built on mutual support, with a strong focus on ownership and delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Project Procurement Manager, you will drive and be responsible for procurement in complex international projects – from initial estimates to final delivery. You take ownership and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure value and precision throughout the project lifecycle.

Specifically, You Will

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies tailored to your projects.
  • Prepare cost evaluations and support project budgeting.
  • Identify opportunities for consolidation with other GEA entities and other projects handled in GEA Søborg
  • Prepare Total cost evaluations, make or buy evaluations
  • Support strategic procurement in negotiations and preparation of supplier agreements.
  • Follow up on supplier progress and performance.

Your Profile / Qualifications

With your collaborative mindset and sharp analytical and technical skills, you navigate in complex project environments with ease. You communicate clearly and bring value to both suppliers and internal teams. You have a documented experience in handling projects with many stakeholders.


Additionally, we imagine you:

  • Have an understanding of crating budget input based on a TCO approach, incl understanding the cost elements in a global supply chain.
  • Holds a relevant bachelor’s degree or relevant experience obtained elsewhere
  • Bring 5+ years of experience in project procurement or strategic sourcing
  • Have strong negotiation and communication skills
