The Opportunity
As part of the Project and Program Management team you collaborate with a team to address complex business challenges from strategy to execution. As a Director you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You foster innovation, enhance work methods, guide team assignments for growth, and integrate technology and people for collective success, while valuing diversity and maintaining ethical standards.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM)
- Leading successful IT teams in strategic roles
- Developing impactful communication strategies at various levels
- Utilizing strategic management and delivery methodologies
- Driving strategic problem identification and decisive action
- Collaborating to discover innovative solutions to complex problems
- Providing strategic leadership and maintaining productive relationships

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
