Your Opportunity:
Taylor Visual Impressions seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Planner to support the successful planning, scheduling, and execution of projects from inception through completion in our Las Vegas, NV facility. This role is responsible for developing work standards, forecasting risks, controlling project timelines, and ensuring effective coordination across teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to streamline planning and scheduling processes to improve overall project efficiency.

Work Authorization

Your Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (some weekends)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain work standards, project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Control and oversee all projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and organizational goals.
  • Forecast risks, identify roadblocks early, and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Gather and analyze project data to prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure all project scheduling and work assignments comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Evaluate current planning and scheduling processes, recommending and implementing improvements for efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with project managers, team leads, and operational staff to support effective workload planning.
  • Rely on extensive experience and sound judgment to plan, prioritize, and accomplish complex goals.
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks that require creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, or a related discipline.
  • Strong familiarity with industry concepts, practices, methodologies, and scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, forecast challenges, and present project status clearly.
  • High degree of creativity, organizational skill, and autonomy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
