Job Summary: This position is located in the CIO Acquisition Strategy and Innovation Branch (CASIB) within CIOO and is responsible for providing oversight management of information technology (IT) contracts and ensuring that IT contracting policy, procedures, projects and programs are developed, implemented, evaluated and complied with using industry best practices and federal standards.

Major Duties:

  • Support the contracting needs related to the resolution of project, contract and financial acquisition process. Prepare contract statements of work, cost estimates, schedules, budget, etc. Assist with market analysis and prepare for and participate in contract negotiations. Establish, implement, and revise acquisition policies and procedures for the CIOO. Prepare schedules and tasks for technology service level contracts. Monitor, review, and determine whether contractor invoices, deliverables, and performance comply with the terms and conditions of the contract specifications. Prepare and maintain technical and administrative reports of the contractor's performance, detailing violations and deficiencies.

Specialized experience is defined as experience in contract, procurement, preparation, administration and oversight.
