Role Summary:
Seeking an initiative-taking Project manager for Technology Operations and Presentation Systems, position would be based in Plano, Texas.
This role requires a mixture of technical skills, business ability, field, and project management experience. Selected candidate would be responsible for all phases of approved projects, which will range in size, scope, and complexity. This role would comply with the current hybrid Cinemark work structure, with the ability to work remotely along with in office time required.
Responsibilities
- Performs project analysis, development, implementation, and documentation.
- Monitors and presents project status to project stakeholders.
- Collaborates with all necessary departments on project requirements to develop key project milestones and budgets.
- Create and track project budgets and schedules through project completion.
- Oversee ordering and delivery of materials required for approved projects.
- Assist in selection and oversee third party vendors needed for successful project completion.
- Create project templates, tools and documentation to structure information and data for project management and status reporting.
- Coordinate and schedule project team meetings, develop strong working relationships with project team members and internal/external business partners.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope and work with project stakeholders to develop contingency plans.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant technical field experience in IT systems and digital signage.
- High School diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows Server)
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Driver’s License and personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Able to travel up to 30% of calendar year.
Preferred Requirements
- Technical or associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, OR equivalent work experience.
- PMP project management certification.
- 5+ years of project management experience with complex projects.
- IT Certification(s) related to position.
- Good understanding of Cisco networking
- Experience with Cinema equipment including computer systems, POS, Projection, and other systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently.
