Project Manager : Telecom (PCRF)

India Remote Full time

Responsible for Solution Delivery, Technical Project Management and Service Management of Telecom Networks Solution Stack more specially on Policy (PCRF/PCF), SMSC, USSD and other networks messaging solution components. 

• Provides leadership for deliveries that are complex and multiproductDevelop delivery strategy e2e for the implementation, covering all aspects and functionsGuide and deliver a complex transformation project or workstream of a large program. 

• Responsible for managing the project management and technical team, coaching, and mentoring, providing input on best practices and policies, ensuring SLA compliance, and reporting to senior management. 

• Responsible for other PMs within the organization and expected to contribute to the Delivery practice or CSG improvement through the creation and/or leadership of initiatives. 

• Responsible for creating and executing the program approach and plan, coordinating multiple projects and vendors, tracking KPIs and benefits, and managing program integration and PI planning. 

• Creating or approving the project initiation documentation, delivery approach, and success criteria, as well as providing input to the project or program delivery strategy and SDR.  

• Accountable for delivering the project within the agreed budget, scope, and time, as well as managing risks, issues, quality, methods, facilitation, integration, and PI coordination. 

• Create and implement communication plans for different stakeholders, facilitate meetings and forums, establish project infrastructure, and manage senior level discussions and governance. 

• Create or input to the project budget and resource forecast, track the project delivery to budget, manage margin and P/L, and proactively handle issues and changes with the account lead.  

• Responsible for matrix management of other PMs delivering within the same project or workstream. 

• Responsible for Regional Service Management, Support & Maintenance and Managed Services of Solution Stack deployed across customers.
