Project Manager - Technical Delivery & Release

Home-Based - GBR Full time
Capita is looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager, specialising in IT / software, to join our Mortgage Software operation in the UK on a full time, permanent basis.

The primary purpose of the role will be to coordinate and deliver technical change across our Mortgage Software client base, acting as the central liaison between the business unit, internal technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring the effective planning, prioritisation and controlled release of technical changes. It will combine delivery oversight, release management, resource planning and stakeholder coordination to ensure changes are implemented efficiently and in line with governance.

In order to be considered for the role, it’s imperative that you bring demonstrable expertise in a similar software-focused, project management role, ideally within the FCA regulated Financial Services sector – previous experience in the Mortgage sector would be a distinct advantage. You will ideally have experience in MS Azure, project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP etc), and have strong client stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge client requests.

This role will be based predominantly home-based in the UK, as such we can only consider candidates who currently reside in and have the legal right to work in the UK. Proximity to the Cheltenham / South West region would be an advantage for monthly meetings, though the role could be fully remote if needed.

Capita is an equal opportunity and disability confident employer.
