Key responsibilities include:
• End-to-end project delivery for medium to large IT initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are met.
• Managing and mentoring the LATAM IT PM team, requiring strong people-solutions skills, coaching capabilities, and effective conflict resolution.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across IT Ops, platform teams, business units, and clients.
• Driving communication, alignment, and governance, ensuring all project activities follow PMO standards.
• Proactively identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth collaboration across regions.
• Ensuring accurate reporting of project status, risks, dependencies, and budget impacts to leadership.
