This is an Expression of Interest for a proposal-based role, and appointment is subject to project award and client approval.

About the role:
We are seeking Expressions of Interest for a Project Manager to support a large-scale urban development and master planning project in Oman.

The role will be based in Oman for an anticipated duration of approximately 12 to 15 months and will be responsible for overseeing programme delivery, stakeholder coordination, and governance across multidisciplinary design teams.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Design Manager and senior project leadership to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage overall project delivery, including programme, resources, and reporting
• Act as a key client interface and manage stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and local sub consultants
• Monitor progress against programme, scope, and budget
• Support governance, approvals, and internal reporting requirements
• Manage risks, issue, and change control processes
• Support procurement and contract administration activities
• Provide bid stage support and assist with mobilisation planning upon award

Key requirements:

• Degree in engineering, architecture, planning, or a related discipline
• Extensive experience in project management within a consultancy or client-side environment
• Proven experience delivering large-scale urban or mixed-use developments
• Strong client-facing and coordination capability
• Experience working across the GCC region
• Prior Oman experience is preferred
• Willingness to be based in Oman for the project duration
