Who are we?

Our Manufacturing Systems Integration (MSI) team plays a critical role in connecting information systems with the production floor. We are looking for a motivated team member to join this group and help drive operational excellence through system integration and process optimization.

Job Description

As New product Manufacture Engineer you will be the professional mechanical & system expert authority in the P/F, act as top-level technical escalation in Build phase and responsible for providing the knowledge, working methods, documentation and all other infrastructure element to enable WC quality and OTD performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Early engagement, xDR participate to represent maneuverability requirements, working closely with R&D and Qual to validate proper quale & maturity
  • Responsible to identify NPI DFx issues and drive for solutions
    ELS tools focusing & DFx collecting & solutions striving, prior to shipping.
  • Responsible to ensure NPI MFG readiness - works with several discipline such, IMO, SME, Field, to define & strive to the best methods & infrastructures for NPI assimilation & prompt readiness
    Top-level for build technical escalation
  • Responsible for MFG maturity & high independent level, develop new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products
  • Responsible for- documentation, utilities, jigs and other support tools
    NPI & MFG infrastructure
  • Management of Build advanced certification program and technical excellence of Flex Build employees
  • Define theoretical knowledge requirements for frontal courses (GTT, Build-Expert independent sessions).
  • Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs); Quality and continues improvement mentoring (CTR, NC's etc.)
    CTR/SOE and Cost reduction managing


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 4-7 years of experience as and Engineer with at least 2 years in SEM / Inspection products  - Advantage
  • Strong Project management leading capabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and systems.
  • Proficiency in Office applications, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
  • High-level English (written and spoken).
