Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Responsible for end-to-end project delivery while ensuring strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations. Accountable for achieving ACV liquidation within agreed contract timelines (or approved Extension of Time), avoiding penalties or Liquidated Ascertained Damages (LAD), and maintaining strong cost control against approved budgets.

Oversees both ACV and non-ACV project deliveries, ensuring all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed milestones. Ensures effective coordination across cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including proper execution of all project phases such as survey, installation, documentation, and support, as well as issuance of Delivery Release Orders (DRO) prior to project commencement.

Ensures timely and complete project handover to operations following service acceptance, upholding high standards of quality, governance, and operational readiness.
