About the role : 

Vestiaire Collective is looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist / Office Manager to join our Paris office full time.

In this role, you will own the day-to-day workplace operations and employee experience for our Paris site. Reporting to the Workplace Experience & Travel Manager Europe, you will ensure our office runs efficiently, remains compliant, and delivers a high standard of service to our teams.

You will play a key role in improving how we operate and how employees experience our workplace on a daily basis.

What you will do : 

Vendor & Supplier Management
  • Manage and optimize relationships with site suppliers (cleaning, maintenance, office supplies, catering, etc.)

  • Monitor contracts, service quality, and associated budgets to ensure efficiency and cost control

  • Lead or support tender processes and contract renegotiations

Employee Experience & Workplace Operations
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Paris office

  • Act as the main point of contact for all workplace-related requests from employees

  • Organize and coordinate internal events (well-being initiatives, team moments, company culture)

  • Continuously improve workplace services, spaces, and overall employee experience

Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with workplace regulations (health & safety, fire safety, security, hygiene)

  • Coordinate regulatory checks and maintain up-to-date documentation

  • Implement and enforce internal procedures related to safety, access, and site operations

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business, Facilities Management, or equivalent

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, in an international and fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in both French and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine service-oriented mindset.  

  • Autonomous, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Solution-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to unexpected situations

  • Comfortable with office tools (Google Workspace; Jira or similar Ticketing tools are a plus)
