Project Manager / Scrum Master - Emerging Lead

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a project manager who is responsible for supporting the tracking and implementation of methodologies, best practice standards and quality assurance activities in the active workstreams under the Business CIO Strategic Program Mgmt structure.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end plans to manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk.
  • Drive strategic planning, project sequencing, decision making, program reporting and issue resolution.
  • Lead and successfully deliver multiple complex projects concurrently.
  • Coordinate overall project communications, measure progress, and monitor performance, and manage risk and issue resolution—anticipating, documenting, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Effectively interface with senior management, key stakeholders, and vendors regarding project deliverables, status, issues, and risks.
  • Identify and monitor cross-project interdependencies; develop and propose solutions to resolve resource conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Prepare and update clarity project and program level reports.
  • . Ensure the program and project deliverables are compliant to documented standards, templates and frameworks and are captured in agreed toolsets

  • Develop and maintain JIRA Dashboards, exec reporting.
  • Proactive in identifying the automation opportunities and getting things done quicker with better output.
  • RAID management, Change Management, Stake holder Management and Resource Management.

Mandatory skills / experience:

  • 6-10 Years experience in a program management, project mgmt., or scrum master role
  • Strong Knowledge on JIRA and reporting.
  • Strong project management skills and solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills; effectively communicates (both written and oral) at all levels throughout an organization.
  • Ability to engage internal stakeholders across several different functional area.
  • Used to working to tight deadlines, experienced in multi-tasking and is self-motivated

Additional requirements / Good to have skills: Banking Domain knowledge experience will be a big plus.
