About the Role:
Manage end-to-end project delivery across commercial office fit-out and selected industrial projects, from planning and design through construction, handover, and close-out.
Lead and coordinate MEP-intensive scopes, ensuring seamless integration with architectural, structural, and specialist systems.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, optimizing resources and supporting Assistant Project Managers to ensure delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors—reviewing drawings, RFIs, change orders, progress claims, and project risks throughout the lifecycle.
Own project governance including budgets, schedules, procurement, reporting, and compliance with statutory, safety, and client requirements.
Act as the key client interface, providing clear communication, issue resolution, and trusted advisory support across project milestones.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in project management, with strong exposure to MEP-driven commercial office fit-out projects; industrial project experience is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, cost control, contracts, and site execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor junior team members (APMs / Project Coordinators).
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills; English proficiency is required for client engagement.
