What You'll Do:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all project goals, timeline, budgets, and quality standards are met. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project’s life cycle.
Lead commercialization and launch readiness project plans for key GTM initiatives
Manage a portfolio of GTM initiatives, in close partnership with business leaders
Drive cross functional collaboration and accountability to ensure success of all assigned initiatives
Utilize PMO tools and methodologies to track, monitor, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, and roadblocks
Direct and manage project timelines from beginning to end
Coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure that project tasks are completed on time, including but not limited to scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings, communicating status updates, delivering weekly status reports, communicating with stakeholders, assuring launch success
Facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
Successfully prioritize and execute tasks
Work closely with product owners and product management to provide visibility into feature readiness
Report project status information to all key stakeholders on a regular basis
Maintain required project documentation, per PMO processes
Partner with the business to drive value realization
Help create best practices and new ways to deliver results to drive continuous improvement in the PMO function
Who You Are:
Passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in SaaS or technology industry, or equivalent experience
Project Management certification, preferred
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
Proven ability to manage large projects and project portfolios with exceptional project management skills
Ability to manage from the big picture as well as dig into the details, when needed
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
Proven track record building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels, internally, externally, intra and interdepartmentally
Strong internal and external client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills
Must be able to meet tight deadlines, willing and able to roll-up sleeves and dive into the details, when necessary, and demonstrate positive leadership
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries with technical and non-technical partners
