Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and update BIM models across different project phases (concept to construction).
Ensure compliance with UNI BIM standards, company protocols, and project-specific requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain model consistency and data accuracy.
Produce BIM documentation, clash detection reports, and model-based analyses.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM processes and digital workflows.
Assist in the preparation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and model validation procedures.
Required Qualifications:
UNI‑compliant BIM Specialist certification (e.g., UNI 11337‑7).
2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination within the AEC industry.
Proficiency in major BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Archicad, or similar).
Solid understanding of CDE platforms and data management principles.
Strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Good English knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Previous involvement in BIM coordination or digital construction project (as a plus Geotechnical drawings production)
