Job Summary: We are seeking a talented professional with proven project management experience to join our Milan team. Within our Project & Development Services (P&DS) division, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple construction and development projects across Italy. This role involves delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables • Lead and coordinate project teams, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing project status updates and promptly resolving any issues that may arise • Develop and track project budgets, reviewing and approving project expenses, invoices, and change orders to maintain cost control • Establish quality standards and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety guidelines • Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and strong collaborative relationships • Travel availability: The selected candidate must be available for travel within Italy for project management assignments lasting more than one day

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred • Proven track record in project management within the construction or real estate industry • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and Italian building codes and regulations • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken Italian and English • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focused on practical and efficient solutions • Proficiency in project management software and tools • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Contract Type: Initial 1-year contract with VAT number (Partita IVA) required.

All'interno della divisione Project & Development Services (P&DS), la risorsa selezionata avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare e gestire diversi progetti di costruzione e sviluppo in tutto il territorio italiano. Il ruolo prevede la consegna dei progetti nei tempi stabiliti, rispettando il budget e mantenendo gli standard di qualità prestabiliti.

Responsabilità Principali: • Collaborare con clienti, professionisti dell'architettura, ingegneria e altre parti interessate per definire obiettivi, ambito e finalità dei progetti • Sviluppare e mantenere pianificazioni dettagliate dei progetti, assicurando l'allineamento con le scadenze chiave e i risultati attesi • Guidare e coordinare i team di progetto, inclusi appaltatori, consulenti e fornitori, per garantire un'esecuzione efficace • Monitorare l'avanzamento dei progetti, identificare potenziali rischi e implementare strategie di mitigazione per assicurare il completamento tempestivo • Mantenere una comunicazione regolare con la clientela, fornendo aggiornamenti sullo stato dei progetti e risolvendo prontamente eventuali problematiche • Sviluppare e monitorare i budget di progetto, revisionando e approvando spese, fatture e ordini di variazione per mantenere il controllo dei costi • Stabilire standard qualitativi e condurre visite regolari sui cantieri per garantire l'aderenza alle specifiche progettuali e alle linee guida sulla sicurezza • Identificare proattivamente e gestire potenziali rischi e problematiche che potrebbero impattare la consegna del progetto • Fungere da punto di riferimento principale per la clientela, gestendo richieste, preoccupazioni e feedback durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto • Collaborare efficacemente con stakeholder interni ed esterni per assicurare comunicazione trasparente e solide relazioni collaborative • Disponibilità ai viaggi: la risorsa selezionata dovrà essere disponibile per trasferte in Italia per incarichi di project management superiori a una giornata

Requisiti Richiesti: • Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria, Gestione delle Costruzioni o campo correlato. Laurea magistrale preferibile • Comprovata esperienza nel project management nel settore delle costruzioni o immobiliare • Solida conoscenza delle metodologie di project management, best practice e normative edilizie italiane • Eccellenti competenze organizzative e di gestione del tempo, con capacità di stabilire priorità efficacemente • Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali, con padronanza scritta e orale dell'italiano e dell'inglese • Forti capacità di problem-solving e decision-making, con focus su soluzioni pratiche ed efficienti • Competenza nell'utilizzo di software e strumenti di project management • Capacità di lavorare autonomamente e in team in un ambiente dinamico

Tipologia Contrattuale: Contratto iniziale di 1 anno con Partita IVA.
