Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific Online Operations projects. Responsible for ensuring consistency across teams and aligning with the Full Sail Online Product Management strategy. This role is critical to the success of the IMT Product Team, by ensuring proper task management, documentation and keeping development on-track through well-communicated deliverables and requirements. This role will work closely with the Product Managers (direct supervisor) and product team to assist with meetings, facilitating communications, management of individual projects, and coordinating intra/inter-departmental tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and management of FSO related projects and timelines, included but not limited to LMS and Full Sail One suite of products.
  • Develop and facilitate project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. 
  • Assemble, coordinate and keep project teams on task to meet project goals. 
  • Responsible for identifying roadblocks, define solutions and change of project scope. 
  • Track project deliverables using PM, tracking, reporting and communication tools. 
  • Manage day-to-day of Product Team communications campaigns. 
  • Coordinate space, technology, and personnel resources between the Product Team and other teams both inside and outside the company.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Qualifications and experience across agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional team management.  
  • Proven experience in risk and change management.  
  • Proficient in project management tracking, and reporting software.  
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • None required

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Project management software (e.g. Trello, Atlassian, JIRA, Monday)
  • Ability to rapidly acquire mastery of a diversity of software 
  • Conversant with presentation software including Keynote, PowerPoint, Screenflow, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:

Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alphanumeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
