Job Description
To successfully plan, direct and coordinating the activities of a project
- Project Planning and Monitoring
- Risk and Issue Management Resource conflict resolution
- Scope change management
- Change Control Project Administration and Document Management
- Manage the stakeholder expectations
- Responsible for the overall strategic management of the project
- Budget Resource planning and control
- Is the primary driver for getting projects delivered on time and within budget, to the extent that the key project work streams being technology delivery and solution delivery attain these objectives
- Produce project plans plan, manage, drive and facilitate the delivery through various work streams of the project through the work stream leaders
- Identify, quantify, communicate, co-ordinate activities, dependencies and project risks across work streams
- Maintain a holistic view to the project and address peripheral and critical success factors, e.g., organizational change management, project change management, project morale, project staffing is management, project morale, project staffing issues, project quality control and project communication
- Direct and drive Training and change management
