Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and execute complex projects within our automotive systems division. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-oriented approach to deliver innovative solutions.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and closure of automotive systems projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Apply strong Project Management methodologies throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
* Utilize Analytical Problem Solving skills to identify and resolve project challenges and technical roadblocks.
* Oversee and guide the design and development of Automotive Systems, incorporating Electrical Engineering Concepts and Mechanical Engineering Principles.
* Leverage Engineering Design Software for efficient project execution and design validation.
* Implement a Data-Driven Approach for decision-making, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure all products and processes adhere to the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
* Manage the integration and validation of Motion Systems within automotive applications.
* Conduct thorough Validation Testing to ensure product reliability and performance.
* Provide strong Team Leadership, fostering a collaborative environment and encouraging Teamwork and Cooperation among project members.
* Act as a primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating a Customer-Oriented approach and effectively managing expectations.
* Maintain a Detail-Oriented focus on project specifications, documentation, and quality control.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of Automotive Systems, Electrical Engineering Concepts, and Mechanical Engineering Principles.
* Proficient in Project Management methodologies and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
* Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Problem Solving and a Data-Driven Approach.
* Experience with Engineering Design Software.
* Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) principles and practices.
* Experience with Motion System integration and Validation Testing.
* Excellent Team Leadership, Teamwork and Cooperation, and communication skills.
* Highly Detail-Oriented with a strong Customer-Oriented mindset.
