40Lead the Way from Concept to Completion! We are hiring a Project Manager - IS/ Construction focus to join our team!
This Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing information systems projects from initiation to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Coordination: Partner with stakeholders from various departments to cross-functionally support and serve as the liaison between Project Owner, internal stakeholders, and external contractors, designers and vendors to ensure effective scheduling, communication, budgeting and project success
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address delays, emergencies, and other issues.
Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and any changes to the project scope.
Technical Oversight: Ensure technical specifications are met and explain contract and technical matters clearly to all stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience leading projects, project management, with a focus on construction projects, preferred
Ability to creatively problem solve and manage multiple projects and tasks
Prior experience with Epic, preferred
Experience working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders and managing and prioritizing project demands
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovative construction solutions.
What's Available:
Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week
Monday-Friday Days
Ability work on site in La Crosse, WI. Occasional travel to Green Bay as well.
Starting salary $68,000 and up, based on your years of experience.
To excel in this role, you'll bring:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
Experience: 4-7 years' experience in project management execution, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams
Project management mastery: Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Mentorship mindset: Passion for equipping team members with skills and knowledge to succeed.
Relationship builder: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certifications preferred
