We provide a wide range of services to our insurance clients across all dimensions of the value chain. Our insurance advisory services span from strategic planning, ESG integration and regulatory application to modular insurance transformations, operational efficiency, commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation engagements amongst others. Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for management consulting services in the insurance industry, we are now recruiting a Project Manager (Senior Associate level) for our Insurance Consulting team in Athens.  

Make a real impact 

  • Monitor project progress against timelines, scope, and budget 
  • Prepare and deliver status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans. 
  • Draft reports and presentations for management 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks 

What you bring matters 

  • Experience: 2–4 years in project management roles, ideally within consulting or insurance industry 
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) 
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certification (preferred but not mandatory) 
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time 
  • Experience of producing state-of-the-art presentations and high-caliber reports  
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills   
  • Ability to conceptualize and think strategically while maintain a strong execution discipline  
  • Commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines  
  • Passion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projects  
  • Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to challenge the status quo  
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work and establishing trusted client relationships
