Title: Senior Project Manager – (Change Expert V)

 

Overview: 

 

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to work with the Transformation Center of Expertise and business/support teams, to drive and oversee day to day execution of organizational strategic projects.   

 

Change Execution Professional orchestrates the delivery of complex change initiatives (across Functions, Tribes, Borders and/or Business Lines) to deliver transformational change for the business 

 

If you can: 

·        Lead and manage bank portfolio projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.

·        Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, IT, and business units, to ensure successful project delivery.

·        Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks.

·        Provide regular project updates to senior executives and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, issues, and risks.

·        Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.

·        Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

If you are: 

·        Someone who has at least 12 years of experience in project management or related field, with at least 4 years’ experience in leading transformation / strategic projects - specifically extensive Project Management experience

·        Experienced in successfully managing large-scale projects within a banking environment.

·        Someone who has Banking regulatory experience

·        Someone who possesses excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior executives and stakeholders

·        Experience and knowledgeable of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

·        Able to demonstrate leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

·        Someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·        Proficient in project management tools and software
