Job Description:

Oversee projects from initial planning through final delivery, acting as the primary liaison among project teams, cross-functional groups, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication of deliverables, requirements, schedules, budgets, and meeting objectives. Utilizes appropriate tools to map project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines, providing timely updates regarding schedule changes to all relevant parties. Organizes and leads project meetings to align teams on methodologies and objectives while monitoring progress. Prepares detailed agendas, meeting minutes, and project summaries. Tracks task completion status to promptly identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

 

Manages tracking and oversight of project deliverables, risks, issues, escalations, mitigation plans, project updates, artifacts, financials, and budgets, ensuring thorough execution of project governance requirements. Administers both technical and non-technical resource management in Clarity, manages stakeholder expectations, and oversees reporting and communications. Facilitates the preparation of Executive Steering Committee presentation materials. Collaborates directly with support teams to organize meetings, document minutes, and maintain ongoing updates for project risks, action items, issues, and dependencies. Supports Compliance Control Room stakeholders in addressing audit findings and self-identified issues.

BREADTH & DEPTH

  • Manages projects with moderate regulatory oversight

  • Project risk profile  is low to medium

  • Management direction or executive oversight is provided as necessary  

  • Typically leads the delivery of Tier3 and/or Tier 4 projects with up to medium complexity profiles 

  • May indirectly manage a cross-LoB Project team consisting of Business Analysts, Business SMEs and Technology Resources where applicable to the project

  • May manage a number of small projects at any given time, and time horizon of projects generally range from short to medium term

  • Generally reports to a higher level Project Manager or Program Manager
