Project Manager II- ATM Deployment

Summary:

The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring ATM deployment projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Acting as the primary point of contact, this individual drives project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned projects.

• Provide pre-deployment support, including reviewing Statements of Work (SOW) and offering input where needed.

• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders with clarity and consistency.

• Build and manage relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

• Oversee scheduling and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) requirements.

• Create and execute communication plans, including reports, meeting cadences, and documentation.

• Monitor and analyze project performance against requirements, ensuring quality standards are met.

• Manage project budget and P&L, meeting cost and margin objectives.

• Coordinate invoicing, including Change Requests and out-of-scope billing.

• Oversee all aspects of installations, de-installations, and branding for assigned projects.

• Simultaneously manage multiple projects, including high-profile and large-scale deployments.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team success.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, resolve issues, and align timelines.

• Define and document project scope, roles, and responsibilities, including third-party involvement.

• Develop and report customer-specific metrics as required.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and departmental processes.

• Additional responsibilities for PM II and PM III:

  • Mentor and train team members on project methodology, tools, and soft skills.

  • Act as backup for Manager/Program Manager when needed.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and deployment success.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as QuickBase™ and EPM.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial oversight.

• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.

• Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Solid understanding of SOWs and contractual obligations.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels.

• Skilled in motivating and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience managing medium-to-high impact projects, including installations, inventory control, financial management, and process optimization.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• PMP certification preferred.
