About the Team

The Professional Services team, based in Poland, is an essential part of Workday's EMEA Services organisation. Our team is all about our customers — we build and deliver services that help them find greater value in their Workday investment. We ensure the successful implementation of Workday's HCM product solutions, partnering with some of the world's most prominent organisations to bring their vision to life.

We help frame the solution delivery by partnering closely with our consultants to implement and manage the delivery plan, ultimately helping our clients achieve rapid time to value. What makes our team special is the collaborative, customer-first culture we have built — every team member plays a meaningful role in shaping outcomes for our clients, and we support one another as we grow, learn, and deliver together.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted guide throughout the Workday implementation journey. Using the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology, you will lead HCM implementations across the EMEA region, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

You will be the driving force behind successful project delivery, partnering with consultants and client teams to navigate challenges and resolve issues effectively. Your field experience will also be invaluable in providing internal recommendations to management on how to continuously improve the Workday Launch implementation methodology.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end HCM implementations for EMEA clients, managing the full delivery lifecycle from planning through go-live

  • Developing and managing comprehensive delivery plans, including project financials, risk and issue management, and resource planning

  • Partnering with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on solution delivery and client expectations

  • Building and maintaining relationships with client executives, setting and managing expectations throughout the engagement

  • Providing internal feedback and suggestions to management on improvements to the Workday Launch Deployment Methodology based on field experience

  • Coordinating with third-party partners and vendors involved in project delivery

About You

You are organised and proactive in balancing competing demands to deliver quality outcomes efficiently.

  • Relationship Management: Adept at establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. You understand the principles of effective communication, conflict resolution, and empathy, and you use these skills to improve customer loyalty, enhance collaboration, and foster a productive working environment.

  • Project Management: Experienced in planning, executing, and closing projects to achieve specific goals within defined timeframes. You bring a deep understanding of delivery methodologies, risk management, project financials, and quality control, and you apply these to ensure implementations are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.

Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Workday is an Equal Opportunity Employer including individuals with disabilities and protected veterans.

At Workday, we are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive hiring experience where all candidates can fully demonstrate their skills. If you require assistance or an accommodation at any point, please email
