Role Overview

Expression of Interest (EOI)

Surbana Jurong is inviting Expressions of Interest from highly experienced Project Managers for upcoming infrastructure and engineering projects in Oman.

The role will oversee the full lifecycle of major projects, ensuring delivery in line with safety, quality, budget, and client requirements while leading multidisciplinary teams and maintaining regulatory and contractual compliance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Middle East project experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and FIDIC conditions.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
